I don't have the part number, or proper Toyota name in my recall. It's probably the bimetallic vacuum temp switch, part of the egr system (you're getting an egr code?)
The circled part is the Thermal Vacuum Valve (sometimes called the Bi-Metallic Vacuum Switch). This operates the removal of condensed fumes from the Evap Canister. (The 22re has a TVV that works on the EGR system; not on the 3VZE.)
You've also got a busted Cold-Start Injector Time Switch, and an ECT Sensor. (Where did you get this engine??) You'll need all of them, and you can find the part numbers here: https://parts.lakelandtoyota.com/sho...hString=sensor
