Help with piecing together 22re

Hey everyone,

I was in the process of putting a rebuilt 22re in my 92 pickup. I got sidetracked and left the project for like 6 months and am finally getting back to it. I've never done this before and I'm kind of scrapping it together as i go without much mechanical knowledge. But I did an egr delete and the vacuum lines I have hooked up are getting replaced, I just have them hooked up so I know where they go temporarily. I have a few questions. Circled in green, what is the piece that screws into the upper intake plenum? I need to pick one up from oreillys, I lost that. Also, what line hooks up to the little vacuum spout circled in red? Do I need that or can I cap it when doing an egr delete? I'll have many more questions but this is just to keep me going for now.
thanks in advance

Green: PS/AC idle up valve. Not going to find that at big box part store I expect.

Red: water by pass #1, or #2. I don't recall off hand.

I want to say that red circled hose barb goes to another barb just below the green circle. It's a coolant line so I wouldn't bypass that.
I think this is the hose http://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/gat...se+/+pipe,6892

22210DHOSE, WATER BY-PASS, NO.2

Didn't say to bypass it, that is what it is called.

I didn't mean to imply that you said to bypass it, the OP asked if it was something that could be capped off.

Thanks for the info, I figured that there was a line connecting those two, I just wanted to be sure. This was very helpful.
