I am looking for some feedback on what to ask for my 1994 4Runner. The body and interior are in good condition. It has 174K miles on it. We put a rebuilt Jasper 3.0L 6 cylinder engine in it at 96K miles. It also has a rebuilt transmission that was installed at 97K miles. It has new tires that have very low mileage, 30X10 15R15LT Big O brand tires. We think it blew a head gasket so the engine is disassembled. We had a guy working on it but he had to move. We have all the new parts and the heads have been machined. It was all ready to be put back together when he had to move. What do you think it is worth as is? Thanks for the feedback.

 

Myself I would pay not much over scrap price for a vehicle not able to be driven.

In the past I made the mistake of buying a vehicle with the engine in a box missing hardware and brackets made it a nightmare

It comes down to what some one is willing to pay.

Which most times is quite less then what you want
