84-88 pickup front grill on 89-95 pickup

84-88 pickup front grill on 89-95 pickup
the front end of my pickup is smashed and i need to replace the grill. i think the grill from the 84-88 pickups would look sick on my 94. has anyone tried; or has successfully got the older style grill on?
