I am having this problem when braking, I have replaced the pads and the rotors only to have the problem come back in a couple of months. I looked at the tsbs for my rig and tsb# BR007-00 mentions vibration problems with the brakes. Unfortunately, my rig has 111K miles on it and the Yota dealership says they won't fix it under the tsb for free. Anyone have any insight/suggestions to fix the problem?

I have the same problem. Replaced Rotors,Pads & Steering Rack. Rotated tires still vibration in steering wheel while braking. My lower control arm bushings and ball joints are all original with 251.000 kl. replaced one inner tie rod. Mechanic told me to live with it. Truck is in excellent shape but the brake vibration is a downer..

 

Sounds like you need new calipers. If one is hanging up or failing, it will be off balance and cause vibration.

 

X2. binders need replacement or rebuild.

 

1.Even with new rotors when they sit on the shelf they could warp. Have someone just knock the high side of off them, just a light slow cut(barely)
2. Are you wshing it right after driving? The cool hose water can cause that if you spray your wheels while they are hot.
