Offroad rattles need help door latch and tail gate

I have a rattle at my door latch assembly and I think my tail gate is suppose to have rubber on the strikers I'm not looking to just rig up some tape over it I take pride in my truck no mater how fought I am I'm looking for maybe some door strikers with a rubber coating or something not to costly like the assembly but if I have to I'll go that way and is there tail gate strikers the same way I'd love to be able to run 50 mph down a dirt road and listen to my music in piece

Could u remove the latch 'loop' and slip a few layers of heat shrink over it and then set them in place?

The tailgate in 1st gen and prob 2nd gen runners have a torsion bar to help lift the heavy ass thing. When closed, the interior 'arms' can make a really loud rattle on rough roads. I ditched mine got a little stronger since. You have to remove the tailgate and/or window to access it.

Also for strikers, give plastic dip a shot. Don't know if it'll hold up long term, but all reviews I've read make it sound very durable. This is what I'm using when I get around to it.
