Coolant for 1st gen

I just picked up an '89 4runner with the V6 and noticed that the coolant was green. In this day and age of numerous coolant options what should I be using in my 4runner? Should I flush and use the Toyota Red coolant or ???

Thanks.

It's fine. I replaced the "red" coolant in my wife's 05 Avalon with green Prestone and it's running great.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Use the green one that Toyota has design the engine to be compatible with and/or was designed to be compatible with the engines of that generation.
