95 sr5 five speed 4x4 clutch issues

I replaced the clucht pressure plate and disk the release bearing and the polit bearing because the truck was slipping in high gear the clutch was bad so replaced it all and put back together and the clutch would not dis engage while running goes into gear not running so replaced the entire clutch line and made sure both master and slave was working properly and they are so it sat for a month or so and asked around and decided that the parts I bought could possibly be off on size a bit it's rare but a shop I talked with said they just ran into that so I bought all new stuff since I did buy a cheaper set offline first time so I just replaced everything again over weekend. Started it up still won't go into gear so starting researching again n found the pedal adjustment did that and nothing I'm stumped I have bled system but gonna try again tonight I am running proper gear oil but I am concerned about the amount the spec says 1.3 qts but don't sound right especially because did same job on a Chevy and it took around five. So if any one can help with advice plz really appreciate it

Did you maybe knock the clutch fork off putting the transmission back in??

What happens when you try and put it in gear with the engine running??

Does it Grind ??

Just won`t go into gear ??

Did you compare all the old parts with new ??
