So I've done a motor swap of my 94 2wd hilux
I've put In a 2rz. When I bought the truck before the engine swap truck had no ac. So I'm trying to put in ac system in again I have the components for the 2rz (compressor, condenser, drier lines etc). Only thing I'm missing is the evaporator core.. so my question is will a evaporator from the tacoma work in the hilux. Or would I have to get the hilux evaporator but then will the line fit from the tacoma components to the evaporator. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks alot.

 

It comes down to the physical size of the evap core .

I am sure if you search you can get dimensions for both.

You do know you need the complete heater box with room for the evap core.

I am kinda in the middle of adding AC to my 87 and using a 87 with AC as the donor that is enough work.

simple matter to make hoses to fit what ever you end up with.
