T100 general electric question
#1
All of you are much smarter than I when it comes to my 1997 Toyota T100 3.4 L V6 4wd extra cab truck. My "old blue" has nearly 200,000 miles. I absolutely love the truck and she has had some issues over the years but I am fully convinced that I will never have another truck that is more dependable and tough...enough of the rant.
My 10 amp fuse (labeled "gauges") has blown three times in a short span. The truck still runs fine, except the oil pressure, gas gauge, tachometer, and power windows and cruise won't work which I obviously need to safely operate. I am guessing it is a ground issue but IF someone else knows something I should expect please give me some simple/stupid suggestions.
Thanks so much

That circuit for what ever reason is drawing more then 10 amps which is causing the fuse to open. Most likely a short someplace unless you added an additional load to that circuit
Physical damage to the wires ??
One of those things you need to hunt for.
