anyone have a picture of the bottom of the passenger seat for an '88 4Runner? I had a black spring -6" long that fell off. Need points of attachment. I'm sure it has something to do with the seat moving forward.

 

Here's a thread on how to fix the cable. For a while the part was discontinued by Toyota but I think you can get it again. This thread shows how to use bike cables. You probably can figure out what you need. I'm thankful I haven't needed the repair yet:

Thanks for the link. My cable is fine, but the black spring in the picture is what I needed. Thing is streached pretty tight. Not sure why mine came off.
