83 22r toyota pickup ignition issues please help!!!!!

ok so i have an 83 toyota pickup just bought it. ran great for about a month no problems then one day while running boom truck dies and wont start again so ok no biggie its old and needs some work get it home no spark so i

tested coil was out of spec
then tested pickup coil was out of spec
replace both then still had a problem so replaced igniter with gm style setup

so now the truck has a full GM style ignition and a new distrubitor in truck starts right up and sounds and runs better then it ever did only problem i was having was random stalling but turning he key off then on truck would be restarted so thought i was losing power while driving so i hooked up light to ICM while driving and never lost power but the truck had died. anyway thats not the problem here with stalling i drove the truck all day ran great parked it restarted bunch of times no problems go out in the morning next day nothing no spark or anything i cant seem to figure out what is going on here but im on my 4th ICM and am still having problems also the power to the ICM is on keyed 12v and the power is off when the key is off because i thoguht maybe i was getting power still with key off and was burning it out.
if anyone can shed some light on this would be great i was reading that the power wire from stock ign for 12v keyed runs to the emmision comp

cleaned all grounds checked fusible link im just running in circles can i just hook up 12v power to the gm ICM and disconnect the stock power if i can do i need a resistor. Wiring diagram it shows that it is tied in with the emission computer.
