1986 4Runner Turbo 22rte AAV Coolant Elbow Part Number

Hi Guys!,
I was hoping somebody could give me a recommendation on where to get a replacement Auxiliary Air Valve coolant elbow which was press fitted into the intake manifold right next to the thermostat housing. This is a right angle fitting that has a hose that leads to the underside of the throttle body and then continues onto the AAV.

The thing is, I checked the EPC, and they don't have this part listed separately for any of the earlier 22re or 22rte's. I checked the 22re's with a production date of 8808 (Aug 88) and later and it has it in the exploded diagram and it is a part# 90404-51060 . Also I believe this part is threaded, not press fit like the original, and also is not right angled (goes straight up), which would cause the hose to not fit correctly.

I am just wondering if anyone has a part number for this earlier part, or was the intake manifold a complete assembly and not replaceable? I couldn't find any threads with this exact problem, and a confirmed replacement. I was also thinking about getting a generic brass or stainless fitting from McMaster-Carr or something, and making that fit. Something like this: http://www.mcmaster.com/#5670k27/=wc7zwh

Any ideas would be appreciated
Thanks!

if it was a press in fitting it would be considered part of the manifold.

Get a fitting that will work drill and tap the manifold

Hi Wyoming9-
Yeah, I figured that manifold was an all in one unit. Surprised I couldn't find any posts regarding replacing just the fitting on the manifold. Once I figure out something that works, I will go ahead and post it. Thanks for your input!
