I have looked. Was under there today actually because the outer most pulley on the crank shaft pulley snapped off and I have to power steering. I just got the truck back about 6 days ago. New head, timing chain, exhaust, brakes, fuel pump, fuel sending unit. The truck sat at mechanic shop for damn near two years because he was a ˟˟˟˟ off and I guess I just really didnt need it so it wasnt as big of a deal as it should have been. I knew there would be some issues from sitting.

It's not the pulley coming off the power steering pump, its the outer most part of the crank pulley that appears to have snapped off. I'm told I have to replace the whole thing and that I cant just bolt it back on.

IIRC the outer pulley bolts on using those 4 holes. If it came loose, couldn't you simply find another and bolt it back on?

That's what I was thinking, but they don't sell just that. They want you to buy the whole thing. I could probably find at junkyard, but I would most likely have to pay someone to re thread. The shop is telling me $180 to fix it. Which seems kinda cheap seeing as I called rhe parts store and they told me $155 for the whole pulley. Who knows maybe shop has access to just the outer pulley.

What is that off of?? I might have one.

From what I can see the threads don`t look that bad.

Did you take the bolts out or did they fall out??
