I guess I'll be pulling the motor in my truck. I think the HG went and I have a donor motor in good shape. The FSM suggests pulling the motor and A/T as a unit.

How much of a pain is it to leave the A/T in the vehicle during a motor swap?

 

Not so bad coming out a pain going back in.

I know I ended up dropping driveshafts and the crossmember to be able to get things lined up.

I was almost ready to cut the radiator support out to get a flatter line of approach

Then it just may be my Lack Of good luck.
