Truck died ECM dead?

Truck died ECM dead?
My truck is a 1988 with a 3.0L and automatic transmission.
The other day I was driving my truck and it lost power and died. Would turn over buy not start. It has spark and fuel through the fuel rail. Went to check codes grounded the e1 and t terminals and the ecl light stayed on - it did not flash. Does this mean the ECM is dead? any help or suggestions would help.
