Need some help.Did search and still having issues. 95 runner 3.0 auto , had a short on the ground to the starter so I replaced the ground. Turns over good but won't start. Fuel pressure is good fuel pump and filter fine. Timing belt is good and in time. Has spark at the plugs but still won't start. I replaced the EFI relay and still nothing. Any ideas

 

EFI fuse is good? All electrical connections tight including ground connections?

 

I replaced the old one with a new one. Not sure how to check if its bad or not.
