Need opinions for future buy - 89 2WD x-Cab $750

Recently came across a 89 extended cab pickup 22re RWD with 240,000 on it. It needs a new fuel pump rely and has rust on the frame. I've talked him down to $750 for it, is it worth bringing home? Will post pics later

i haven't seen one in my neck of the woods for less than $2500

poke a screwdriver to the rust, if it goes through the frame walk

Does it run and drive?
Seems kinda fair for a 2wd truck

is that the same truck? the truck in the 1st pic with out the snow looks like a 4WD due to the 6 lugs on rear axle, pre taco 2wd's had 5 lug.

it is rough so if the frame is good it is a $750 truck

Turns out he listed the truck wrong, it is a 4wd. It runs and drives. The only rust hole was welded up and everything else is surface

It seems like a steal if you're ready for a few projects. Did you get it?
