Hello there yotatech, this is my first time posting, i recently bought a 1986 Toyota Pickup SR5 4x4 and it has the 22re Engine. my problem is i don't know why but when i start the engine it wont start without pumping the gas pedal. once i get it started it runs pretty decent but seems like it may be out of Timing. could that be my starting issue? or what do you think? TPS? i replaced all spark plugs wires cap and rotor and didnt fix the issue.

Is it only when cold/hot or all the time?
Any mods to the intake system?
Any stored CEL codes?

Any details will help a lot!
