92 Pickup 3vze Crank no start

First post here.

I picked up a high mileage 92 toyota pickup with the 6 cylinder 3vze. It has 4 wheel drive. I drove it for a couple days and parked it for a week to fix the clutch pedal assembly. I welded it and reinforced it(would work great if it ran, haha) and I reinstalled it. I made sure to plug everything in. It decided it doesnt want to start now that its all back together.

At first it seemed like it was out of gas(despite the gauge). I added a couple gallons.
It has no check engine light with key on, unless the efi relay is bypassed.
The COR will click when cranked.
The AFM? opens and closes when cranked. I popped it open and it looks excellent.
Tried unplugging the afm, then tps, no change.
No fuses are popped, checked with a test light.
All grounds were checked with a test light.
I dont have a fuel pressure tester, I do not hear it running.
I am not getting spark.
I swapped the starter relay and efi relay since they are the same, and nothing.

Please help. The truck ran and drove awesome... for a few days. Thank you!

Does it have a security system installed?

All electrical connections under the dash and clutch pedal area are connected?

I will triple check right now. I did not need to disconnect anything other than the switches for the pedals. I know there is a junction box next to it. I will also reseat the connectors just to be safe.

Everything is connected and seated correctly. I also should note that the 02 sensor wire is not burned up. I read that can be a culprit. I am going to take a look at the ignition switch.

I got a bunch of parts to swap. ECU, ignition switch, ignitor/coil, afm, all no luck.

When swapping the ecu I accidentally pulled out a red/white wire(for the door courtesy switch).

Im going to pull out the radio and see if anything is messed up underneath.

Somewhat good news...

I got it running temporarily. I bypassed the efi relay. I jumpered pin 5 to 2... and pin 5 to 3. It started up and ran until I pulled the wires. Whats confusing now is that I tried 4 different relays and none seem to work. I think Im not getting enough power to the relay to make it properly click, or I have the wrong relay. Should the starter relay be the same?

SOLVED.

The ground for the efi relay is faulty causing the relay not to click. While it did light up my test light, it seemed low on amperage.

Now I need to find out why. Temporarily, I may end up running a new ground directly to it. Or I could make a switch instead of the relay.

I hope this posting riff raff can help someone in the future.
