I have an 87 22r pu bought it needing a little work. So far I've added new plugs and wires new rod bearings crank was not scarred and platigauged within specs (not sure how well I trust it but the knock is no longer noticeable) with this it missed throught and would hardly idle. So I found a nearly new used carb cleaned it bolted on and now it's much better idles well on its on and drives very well. But still has a miss at idle its not predictable at all only really noticeable by listening to exhaust. Compression measures 120-135 on all 4 cyl. Im not sure about the vac lines. (Previous owner did a hack job on them) I put them back as they were and looked correct according to the poor diagrams I had to go by. ( minus the ones that look to be deleted by previous owner) dist and rotor look fine. Can anyone lead me to some other options I might look at? Or a good vac diagram.
