2nd gen 4Runner roof rack/cargo basket recommendations

I have a 95 4runner and have been looking for a cargo basket/roof rack system. Any recommendations? I dont see many 4runners with the bars that i have. Ill throw a picture of them up here

I live in austin. Im not worried about if it rains. Lol. But i Dont have time or tools to fab one up
