I recently rebuilt my 85 truck carb and introduced problems. The truck had been sitting for a few years before I finally got it running again. It would not idle, but ran fine at higher RPMS. The carb smelled of bad gas, and I tried to clean it, but was unable to get it to idle, which led to the rebuild. I completely tore the carb down and thoroughly cleaned it . After I reassemble and installed it, the truck idles fine. However, when accelerating it now pops through the carb and does not accelerate well. Any help with be appreciated.
