LCE 22re Exhaust

im thinking about upgrading my exhaust and headers. my current exhaust and headers are very rusty and leaky. im looking at the LCE Pro Race headers and the pro flow exhaust for the 22re. when all is said and done its going to cost me around $800. is it worth that much money? will i see any significant gains in top speed, acceleration, or mpg's?

No, you will not see any gains. the stock setup works well as is. I have an LCE that is propped up against my side garage door, and do not ever plan on putting it back on.

I discovered, if you are looking for more power, lean-out your Air-flow-meter three clicks that makes much more difference, and better mpg. Toyota uses a conservative rich setting, stock.

If your exhaust is already shot you can go balls out and do that. I run their header and I have a their cam as well. You probably won't see a noticeable difference in power with just the header. But Idk as I've never ran just a header. But exhaust wise your options are pretty limited as far a bolt on goes. You can go to a exhaust shop and have them build you an entirely new kit but it may not be exactly what you want
