installing front rotors on 85 one ton pickup

installing front rotors on 85 one ton pickup
I have a one ton 85 pick up that needs new rotors and pads. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to remove the rotors? This is the camper type truck which stresses the brakes a lot due to the weight so I am noticing a vibration when braking.
