Top one is to mount the exhaust pipe (downpipe) to the trans bellhousing for support, Good idea to use as it takes stress off the #6 cylinder, My opinion of course.
2 and 3 are lower engine to trans support, Really suggest using them, Don't forget the cover plate.
4th one I have seen and have no clue.
