will a v6 auto trans work with a 22re?
I am looking at a 92 4runner that has a blown head gasket, so I was thinking I could just put my 22re out of my 85 pickup in there. Does anyone know if a 22re would mount up to the v6 auto tran?

I think the bell housings are way different.

swap the bellhousings and use a22re torque convertor.
