While wheelin today i went up a rocky hill(pretty bouncy). when i got to the top my truck would not come back below like 3000 rpm. after after fiddling around for a sec i disconnected the fuel line between the fuel pump and the carb. I bled that off and ran the truck for a FEW MINUTES until it stalled(still disconected). went back to wheelin, and 10 minutes later it was doin it again. I figuered carb is over fueling. So when i got home i swapped it out with my old carb(known to be good) it still idles at 3000 rpm. I need some ideas. Thanks
