About 3 weeks ago I replaced the radiator on my truck cause the old one had a small leak and was always low on coolant. Funny thing is the new one is already low as well. Turns out the what is coming out of the exhaust is mostly water vapor. So I'm thinking its a cracked head or head gasket, that plus the fact that its leaking oil from the valve covers on to the exhaust manifold and it has about 230k well run miles (aka very heavy foot) makes me think its time to just rebuild the whole thing. Now seems to be a good time since its not my Daily Driver and it depresses me to see it collecting dust
So I'm looking for a good shop in the LA, San Fernando Valley of CA to do the job.
Not looking to do a 3.4 swap. The remanufactured engines from Oregon caught my eye but the shops have such bad reviews it makes me weary.

Any recommendations?
