383 stroker build in to a 1990 ext cab

Hey so this is my first post on yotatech so bear with me,

so my engine is currently being assembled but the bottom end is done, its a late model 350 bored and stroked to 383 1 piece rear main seal with howards forged racing crank, icon forged h beam rods, edelbrock keith black racing flat top forged pistons, internally balanced and blueprinted. comp. rollerized valve train, havent picked a cam yet but it will be a comp cam. cloyes roller timing gears and malhe rings, dura bond bearing, dart SHP 200cc heads, corvette tpi intake and fast ez efi 2.0.

I will be using nwor swap parts, oil pan and headers. this engine needs to be coupled to a 5spd cause auto is lame i think personally.

Any wuestions please feel free to ask, comments welcomed, critisims will be scrutinized and thrown out if i dont like em haha

thanks to the yota tech community!! pics to follow

Daily driver, I really like how these trucks handle but I've always felt they're way under powered

How is this project going? It's fun to see other's solution to the power issues. I think I've solved mine.

Slush boxes have their place and after using both in crawling situations, I'm a lot easier on the driveline with the auto in tight spots. Is it worth the the ongoing potential for failure due to fluid loss or internal breakage? Well, after multiple upgrades, so far so good. But the next time around, like you, it'll be a stick.

Keep us posted!
