2.5 inch for a 99 Taco

I have a 1999 Tacoma. Right now it is completely stock. I'm looking to lift it 2.5 inches so I can fit 32's. I was hoping to get some feedback on this Rough Country lift. http://www.roughcountry.com/toyota-s...it-740-20.html Is there anyone else that's running this lift? I'm not looking to spend more than about 350 dollars.

You don't need a lift at all to run 32s. Cheaper (free), lower COG, better gas mileage, same diff clearance. Shoot, do a 1.5" body lift if you just want a taller looking rig. Lower COG and cheaper still.

Would just a 1.5 still let me have full travel with the 32's?

Absolutely. a 0" lift would give you full travel, but it sounds like you are wanting a little lift "just cuz" which is totally cool too.
