Power Steering Pump
I've got a big leak on my '94 3.0 that I'm pretty sure is commming from the PS pump. I have fluid all over my lower frame on the passenger side and it appears to be comming from the pump. I priced out a new one and an remanufactured one. I also saw a seal replacement kit. Has anyone replaced the seals? Is it hard to do? How about changing the pump? It looks pretty straight forward any thing to be wary of.
As always thanks for the help.

rebuild isn't hard, just make sure you leave yourself enough time in the day to do it. The stealership books this job out at 3 hours labor, thats a pro with all the necessary tools and whatnot. The rebuild kit is cheap enough, like $36, then there's replacing the fluid and bleeding the system. Lots of little O rings. Can be done. Watch out for the vanes in the pump. Those are the little "flaps" that spin in the pump to move the fluid. There are like ten or so of them that you must remove. The FSM does a pretty good job of describing the job, definitely get a hold of that if you attempt this. Or just pay the dealer $200 and save yerself the headache. Good Luck.
