You can use a toaster oven for small parts...they are cheap....I picked up a like new oven off craigslist for 100 bucks or so. electric only!

Dave, what type of finish is that powder? It looks like it has a texture to it

I've wondered, how do you coat aluminum, being that it's non-magnetic, or does that even matter? Do you have to hook the part up the a ground and/or charge the particles in any way before coating? And if so they don't fall off when the ground is removed for baking?

Looks really good! What did you use to bake it? My dad was going to get into at-home powder coating, but my mom won't let us use the oven in the kitchen
