ok so here is the deal the gas pedal was sticking insanely hard so i put a new throttle body on it and it fixed that problem but now i have a engine light on and when i turn it off is shakes kinda hard nothing is wrong with the performance of my truck (99 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L SR5 5 speed stick shift all bone stock) but the exhaust sound really nice but at the same time i get a backfire sound when i shift (only up to 3rd gear) im not a super mechanic but i know enough to get by when something pops up.

if ANYONE can help me with this it would mean the world to me n my baby girl plz help i cant find anything about it online

You want to work on these OBII vehicles you really need at least a code reader.

One is really lost without it.

Go some place have it read Cure that!!

MIL comes back on same thing or something unrelated.

ight guys so i figured out what was wrong it had a compression issue it is all fixed not had to use a OBD2 reader form my buddy
