Hey guys quick question. I just picked up a 91 toyota pickup 4x4 5spd ex cab. it now has 134857 miles on the dot. Well im gonna be using this as a daily to drive back and forth to school. im gonna be attending UTI for Diesel and its roughly 45miles each way. gonna be doing this for the next 17 months. Well what can I do to get the best economy out of it and make it last a long time and for the 3VZE what are the basic tune up items? And I know the 3vze isint the moset fuel efficent but anthings better then my f350 diesel! haha ok guys any help is much appricated and please any pointers you have please send them my way!

Same tuneup as any other vehicle. Only use copper core NGK or Nippendenso plugs. Also I recommend advancing base timing 2 degrees. Tighten up the nut behind the wheel. Research mpg driving techniques- that will yield you the best mpg improvements.
