What kind of altimeter

The 89 4runner I just purchased had this altimeter in it. I know it's not factory and I have searched the web but I can not figure out what kind of toyota it came out of. I can't get a straight answer seems like. Any one have any ideas. Also what is it worth?

Ok well that answers that. I wish it had the American version in it as I already have a nice factory dash with the bracket attached. Maybe I could make this work or find someone with one to trade, that would be nice. Thanks for the quick response.

That thing is awesome, even has part of it in Japanese! If I had one I wouldn't give it away for anything!

I agree! Meters to feet isn't that hard; just multiply by 3.3. (An easy way to do that is to multiply by 3 and add 10% of the final answer. So, 2000 meters equals 2000 x 3 = 6000 + 600 = 6600 feet.

But, that right hand dial has me confused. What kind of lift did you put under the rear end so that the truck sits nose down at 45 degrees?!:-)

I do like the altimeter but i have an almost perfect dash that has the bracket for the american version. The dash on new truck isn't that great and the brackets are different or else id use it. I will probably just hold on to it till I find some one that wants to trade.
