91 pickup 3.0 weird shift into 3rd?

91 pickup 3.0 weird shift into 3rd?
I got a 91 3.0 5spd pickup. well seems no matter how i shift into 3rd it seems to jumo when i let clutch out.... not into first second forth or 5th.......... if i shift at 2500rpm and dont cmpletly let off the gas it will shift smooth... its weird
