1986 auto transfer case in a w56

1986 auto transfer case in a w56
Just wondering if this will work. I have an auto tranny in my 86 and just got an entire 5 speed swap set up for free.... EXCEPT the transfer case didn't come with the w56 tranny. Can I take the one off my auto and put it on the w56. If not I have a transfer case from an 83 Toyota 5 speed truck... Please help

Simple answer No
The Auto cases and transmissions are one unit.
I am sure if you really wanted to and were willing to spend lots of money $$$$$ the parts needed to make this work could be fabricated
