Is there any other circuit not working when the engine is running??

Is it only with the engine running or does the fuse open with the ignition switch on??

Any place any of the light harness might be getting pinched with the engine running??

Some place your either overloading that circuit or have a short to ground .

Anything else wired into the light circuit ??

Light for the radio shorting to ground with the key on?? Could just be two wires rubbing at the back of the plug.
