lift advice for 91 Toyota 4wd pickup

Hey guys, I got a 91 toyota 4wd pickup; 22re that i'm wanting to lift. I'm looking to stay under 300 bucks. Wondering about how much lift will allow for how much bigger tires. Just got new struts, wondering if those will need to go. Any advice will be appreciated. Have a good one and thanks for looking.

I've been thinking about going with this kit.. Not too big but cheap and should allow for 32s/33s.
