V6 radiator in a 22rte? Mods?

Ok so Im in the market to get a better aluminum radiator and seems like the 2row that I have cools decent but Im only running 7psi max on my GT28RS and mild tune. I would like to put in a 3 or 4 row for safety when I push the boost higher but I cant seem to find any 3 row racing radiators for a 22re/rte. Will a V6 radiator fit and what kind of mods will it take to get a V6 radiator to fit.

I don`t know about a v6 Radiator but the 3 Row all metal bolted right to the radiator support of the 22RTEC that I have.

Is your radiator support stock??

No clue about the aluminum ones I have had poor luck with them

I used a v6 radiator on my second gen pickup a few years ago. It will hang in the stock slots for the 22 series radiators and bolt it. But they are taller than the 4 cylinder ones by about 2.5 inches. It hung well below my front crossmember until I put my body lift on, then it wasn't noticeable. The v6 one I used was from a 3.0 and it also has a tranny cooler built into it that I adapted to cool oil. The only downfall was that the tanks on a v6 radiator are plastic. Not metal.

Yea just wanted to use a V6 3.0 3vze radiator because they have some pretty bad ass 3 or 4 row all aluminum ones online but they're all for V6. The mounting is stock and all I was worried about was the black magic electric fan hitting the pulleys and if the brackets needed to be modded.

I have no idea about your electric fans but the radiator will clear the stock set up and work fine.
