Talking 83 5spd manual 4.10 33's or 35's?

Just had a 4 in suspension lift put on and a rear auto locker. Going to get tires tomorrow, will it fit 35s? How will it push the 35s? What kind of tire should I get? Bfg mudd terrains is what im liking maybe the km2s?

you'll hate anything bigger than stock tires on stock gears. you'll need 5.29s

Agree with the above.
Km2's suck. MTR's are better.

X4, my tired 22R with stock 3:90 gears had a hard time pushing 33s.

too bad you didn't do gears when they had your rear end apart...
truck is gonna be a dog with 4.10 (or 3.90's) with either 33's or 35's
I tried it when I was stationed at Ft. Richardson..that lasted 6 weeks...

the MTR's have a great reputation, but it took two sets of them on my truck..1st set took a ton of weight and made the truck have some intense death wobble...2nd set are way better. I have found multiple threads(on several forums) regarding balancing issues with MTR's

Dunno what part of Alaska your live in but if your truck is your DD i would consider looking at the Goodyear Duratrac's...probably a better all around tire IMO for snow covered roads...
