I have an ARB Deluxe Bull Bar on my 90 Toyota pickup and i was looking for the lights that go on the top. There are some screws holes on the top, is that where they would go?

 

You can mount lights onto the top of the steel.
Or you can drill new holes. Up to you.
Rectangular hella lights work awesome. You get what you pay for in terms of lights.
You want great lights, you gotta pay the price. Princess Auto/Harbor Freight special lights don't cut it.
