Rod cap Torque specs. I did check my FSM!!

Rod cap Torque specs. I did check my FSM!!
What are you guys running for your rod cap torque specs? Why do you believe your answer is correct?
My FSM says 51 ft LBS
My machinist says 41 ft LBS
My haynes manual says 18 ft lbs then another 1/4 turn.
Searching this sight I see everything from 18 ft lbs to 61 ft lbs
For now im probably going to listen to my machinist, he has rebuilt many of these engines. Just interested in what others have been running.
