Question sr5 Cluster acting funny

OK so i did the 88 22re sr5 AUto cluster swap in my 88 4runner22re Manuel dlx ran the wire for the tach and chnged the oil gauge sender everything works but hers the Problem when i get to like 65 mph my rpms drop (DONT work any more) nd the power light gose off Mph,signal lights,high beams,show up and still work. But if i turn the car off and start it up it works fine again untill in hit like 50 -65 mph???????????????. IS my cluster jacked up?

Clean the CB and e-connectors, then apply a thin membrane of dielectrical grease, and on the bulb
metal jackets. Use a good circuit board cleaner like CRC. Look for any harness faults too. You also may have condensation in the under hood power box.

Its the Electronic Circuit Board inside the instrument cluster. LOL - back at chew
