circuit opening relay question

circuit opening relay question
I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the symptoms of a bad COR would be for a 91 v6 toyota pickup SR5. Also, if anyone has a link to a fuel line diagram for this vehicle this would be a great help. all comments are greatfully appreciated.
