who is in the Charlotte area? what kind of truck/4runner do you have? what have you done to it? what are some good charlotte places for parts, service, trails, etc? do you have anything for sale/trade?


I have an 88 xtra cab, 4x4, automatic, 22RE that I am trying to decide what to do with as I got it up in Ohio and the frame is pretty rusty. I need to determine the extent of the rust. Otherwise it is in pretty nice shape. Interior is perfect, it drives fine, decent body with a little surface rust here and there. I have a lot i'd like to do to it, but I don't want to dump a bunch of money into it if the frame is going to crack in half one day soon! so now contemplating trying to find a rust free pickup and/or 4runner for modding/restoring and maybe parting this one out if the frame is shot.

 

No love from the charlote area I see. I'm in Gastonia man if your still out there. Working on a 92 4runner 3.4 swap.
