need help#!!!

Hey guys, so I wanted to do a 3.4 swap into my 88 4runner with a 22re. So I bought a 98 4runner as a donor, is complete and running with ac, just the body was banged up. I dont have the tools nor enough knowledge and experience to do the swap myself so I had a shop do it, they suggested rebuilding the 3.4 and I did as it had 200k miles on it. But it took them 7 months to rebuild a motor! And I have sold my 22re 6 months ago cuz thr shop told me it wouldnt take that long to put the new motor in, well that was definately not the case, they just told me they couldnt do the swap no more and basically I have to find some else or another shop to do the swap. And its been almost 8 months since they've had both my 4runners. So if someone can help me by pointing me to the right shop for this job, or if someone close to this area with the knowledge n tools that can do the swap. I just want my 4runner back and running right with the 3.4.

I live in rock hill, sc. Just 20 mins away from charlotte,nc. Thanks, david

How did this turn out for you aka is it back together with a 3.4 now? What shop did you use originally so we can avoid them?
