Just wondering if anyone tried, I know ppl are using the new v6 coils, are the 4s any different. I have a set of Tacoma spec 5100's already installed I was going to swap them onto. Factory coils are just too soft and worn after 140k. 2nd gen taco coils are taller and have thicker wraps and from what I have found curb weight is more than my 3rd even on new 4cyls. Worth the try? My only coat will be mounting and top hats, I need a front end job anyway.
