centerforce clutch issue 86 pickup

centerforce clutch issue 86 pickup
My 22r died on me so i pulled it out to do a swap. To my surprise i found a centerforce clutch hiding in there. something doesn't look right on the pressure plate and I can see where the throughout bearing cut grooves into

The slides (or whatever they are called) where offset like this when i pulled it out. You can tell they have been like that. I wont be reusing the clutch or pressure plate, im just curious about this.
